Raju Kalidindi
Founder
Pinakin Homes is led by our founder Raju Kalidindi.
Raju got his start in construction by participating in his three generation long family construction firm in India.
In 2008 Kalidindi entered the US construction industry by focusing on high-end custom home remodels in Boston.
In 2015, he saw the incredible growth boom happening in North Carolina and moved to be a part of the exciting developments there.
As the head of Pinakin Homes, 2018 saw Raju developing new townhome and golf community projects around Chapel Hill, NC.
Holding an NC Unlimited General Contractor Licence (Residential and Commercial), he has since led Pinakin Homes to build a pipeline of hundreds of acres of property for development in the Durham area. Including building properties like MOXA.
